Accessibility Statement

Last reviewed September 15, 2026

Spotter Otter aims to provide an experience people can use with a keyboard, screen reader, zoom, reduced motion, and different display preferences.

Our target: We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as the standard for ongoing design, development, and testing. This statement is a commitment and feedback channel, not a claim that every page or third-party service is perfectly conformant.

Accessibility features

Third-party content

Some listing images and descriptions come from eBay, and payment and subscription management pages are hosted by Stripe. We do not control every accessibility detail of those services, but we choose established providers and keep core Spotter creation and management controls within Spotter Otter whenever practical.

Ongoing testing

Accessibility is reviewed as features change. Automated checks help find certain issues, but they do not replace keyboard, screen-reader, focus-order, zoom, contrast, mobile, and form-error testing. We prioritize problems that block account access, Spotter creation, alerts, cancellation, or payment management.

Need help or found a problem?

Email support@spotterotter.io. If possible, include the page or feature, what you were trying to do, your browser or assistive technology, and a description of the problem. Do not include passwords or full payment-card information.

If an accessibility issue prevents you from canceling a subscription or managing billing, say that in the subject line so the request can be prioritized. We can provide reasonable assistance or an alternative way to complete the task.

Operator
